Hiking Carros de Foc in the Spanish Pyrenees in late May before the hiking season officially starts. Closed refugios and late season snow made for a bigger adventure than planned. Check out full video
In this cinematic trekking video, we hike the Carros de Foc on the Spanish side of the Pyrenees, which has appeared on numerous lists as the best hike in the Pyrenees and one of the best hikes in Europe. The estimated time to complete the trek is 5-7 days; we completed it in 2.5 days in late May of 2024 with less than ideal conditions due to lots of late-season snow. In this cinematic trekking video, we hike the Heights of Alay Mountains in Kyrgyzstan, which is considered by many as the best hiking in Kyrgyzstan, as well as a few other small hikes including Travelers Pass at Lenin Peak on the Tajikistan Border.
